Champions Cheer Express 2011 - 2012 

Basic Training:

Our Champions Express Team gives your cheerleader the basic training they need to accomplish their cheer goals! This program focus on

• Jumps
• Dance
• Cheer Routine
• Tumbling

Champions Express program is going into it’s 5th cheer season!  This program provides a solid training environment for those athletes that are either new to the sport of cheerleading or unable to dedicate the time and/or financial commitment a full season of competitive all-star cheerleading requires.  Our  Champions Express Team works out 4 hours per week and their workouts cover all the basics of cheerleading.

This is the best way to prepare for upcoming school cheer tryouts as well as working towards making Champions Cheer all-star Team.

Champions Express Team performs at local competitions as an exhibition team, local events and pep -rallies.  This provides them with the performance experience without the pressure!

The Benefits

• No year round commitments. There are two session a year in the Fall/Spring.
• Great starter team! If you've never cheered or done a competitive team, it's a great start!
• Fees have been cut in half! Only $150.00 per month for EVERYTHING!!!! (Each Session).
• Lighter Practice Schedule. Athletes practice only 1.5 hours a week.
• No out of town travel. All competitions (2 per session) are LOCAL!!!!!!!
• Open to everyone!. 18yrs and under... Everyone makes a team!

Champions Express Team Youth (Ages 14& Under) Thursday 6-7 pm

Champions Express Team is a great way to get all your cheerleading experience without the expense of competitive cheer. They learn a full competitive routine and show their talents in local competitions in the exhibition category and at Champions Pep Rallies.  This provides the cheerleaders with the competitive experience with out the pressure, and still learn how to cheer!!!!!
