Class Rules and Policies

Program/Cancellation Obligation:

* Our programs runs on eight week sessions

week 1: Jan 3rd - Feb.27th
week 2: Feb 28th - May 1st
week 3: May 2nd - June 26th
week 4: June 27 - August 7th (6 weeks - will be pro-rated)
week 5: August 23rd - Oct 17th
week 6: Oct 18th - Dec 19th

• If, at anytime, you would like to take a break from our current session your only obligation is to give us a two-week written notice.
• When giving your notice, please email us at champions_allstargym@yahoo.com with your child’s name in the subject line.
• It is also your responsibility to make sure that we have received your notice. If we do not receive a written notice you will be charged for the next month’s tuition.
• Payments for the sessions are payed in full for the 8 week session. You may pay by check, credit card, or cash.

Drop-Ins & Trials:

We offer you the opportunity to take a trial class or to drop into a class as long as there is space in that class. There is a $20.00 charge for each trial or drop-in class.

Payment:

* Payment is due by the 1st week of class. Payments can be made for each 8 week session by:

One time payment check or credit card due at registration.

Price Break Down:

1 class: $130 for 8 week session one time payment ($20 savings).
or $75 for 8 week session two payments (ach, cc only)

2 classes: $240 for 8 week session one time payment ($20 savings).
or $130 for 8 week session two payments (ach, cc only)

3 classes: $330 for 8 week session one time payment ($20 savings).
or $175 for 8 week session two time payment (ach,cc only)

Make-Up Classes & Class Changes

• We offer make-up classes for ANY missed class. Tuition cannot be pro-rated because of missed classes.
• Make-up classes are offered by reservation only, this way we can guarantee class ratios.
• Make-ups must be completed while the child is actively enrolled in the program and in the current session.
• If, at anytime, you need to change your current class, call or email the office and we will look for alternative days and times.

Registration

There is an annual registration fee of $35.00 per year.

Privates Policy

Private Obligation

To take privates with our staff you must be currently enrolled at Champions in a class or competitive program.

Private are made directly with coach
